RETURNS & Exchanges

Given the subjective nature of fragrance perception and our commitment to product quality standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements based on personal preference, including but not limited to:

Liking or disliking a fragrance
Differences in personal scent perception
Expectations regarding fragrance notes
Personal opinions on performance or longevity

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if the item received is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Incorrectly supplied

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:

Be unused and in its original packaging
Have all labels and seals intact
Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Perfumes that have been opened, tested, sprayed, or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product received
Photographs of any damage, defects, or incorrect items

REFUND POLICY

Inspired Market operates a No Refund Policy.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Product unavailability after payment
Verified manufacturing defects where a replacement is not possible

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery.

Order modifications, including changes to products, quantities, delivery address, or contact details, are only possible before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
